Rachel Perry Welty - "Lost in My Life" The exhibit was a meditation on compulsion and obsession in consumerism. Welty’s photographic images feature repetition of mundane, kitchen-related “throw away” items like twist ties and fruit stickers. |
Learning Objectives
The theme of the class this semester was “separation.” Together, we investigated the ideas of separation of the artist’s figure from the art and separating life from art. |
